Simon Pearson, Director of LIAT and Professor of Agri-Food Technology at the University of Lincoln, has been invited to deliver a keynote speech at the third Lincolnshire Rural Charities Dinner.

The evening will be hosted in the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground.

Hosted at the Lincolnshire Showground’s Epic Centre on 11th April 2019, the dinner is being held to celebrate the work of three charities that actively work to support communities throughout Lincolnshire and beyond; the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, which celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, the Jon Egging Trust and the Lincolnshire Rural Support Network.

In celebration of the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society’s 150th year, the evening’s theme will be ‘Past, Present and Future’ and guests will be provided a sumptuous meal of Lincolnshire produce designed and introduced by Steven Bennett, ‘The Lincolnshire Chef’ at Healing Manor during a fun evening of fine dining and entertainment. Chef Steven will be proudly sponsored by LJ Fairburn and Sons.
