National Agri-Robotics Proving Ground feasibility study – please provide input by 7th March

The Lincoln Institute for Agri-Food Technology (LIAT) at the University of Lincoln (UK) is organizing activities aiming to establish the need for a UK National Agri-Robotics Proving Ground (NARPG) Facility. This exciting project is funded by SBRI/Innovate UK and is using interactive activities to consult with the agri-food and robotics communities to help inform a comprehensive feasibility report which considers:
·      The current and future challenges being faced by the agricultural sector;
·      The expanding robotics expertise which could address challenges;
·      The optimum design, resources, skills and business model for an Agri-Robotics Proving Ground; and
·      The relationship between important factors such as policy, environment and society.
